How to Log In to Your Binomo Account

Via the Mobile App or Website

1. Open the Binomo App or Website
   • For mobile users, launch the Binomo app.
   • For desktop users, visit the Binomo website.
2. Click «Sign In»: This button is usually located at the top right of the page.
3. Enter Your Credentials
   • Enter the email and password you used during registration.
   • Click the yellow «Sign In» button.

Logging in with Social Networks

1. Via Facebook:
   • Click on the Facebook logo.
   • Enter your Facebook account email/phone number and password.
   • Click «Log In».
2. Via Gmail:
   • Click on the Gmail logo.
   • Enter your Gmail account email/phone number and password.
   • Click «Next» and then «Log In».

If You Forgot Your Password

1. Click «Forgot Password»:
   • This option is available on the login page.
2. Follow the Instructions:
   • Enter the email address associated with your Binomo account.
   • Check your email for a password reset link.
   • Click on the link and create a new password.

If You Forgot Your Email

1. Log In with Facebook or Gmail: Use the social login options if you can’t remember your email.
2. Contact Support:
   • If you can’t use social login, email Binomo support at Binomosupport@binomo.com for assistance.

How to Log In to Binomo on Android

1. Download the App:
   • Open the Google Play Store.
   • Search for «Binomo» and install the app.
2. Log In:
   • Open the app and use your email, Facebook, or Gmail credentials to log in.
   • Optionally, select «Keep me signed in» for future automatic logins.

How to Sign In to Your Binomo Trading Account

Sign In on the Web Version (Mobile)

1. Open Your Browser: Launch your web browser on your mobile device.
2. Visit the Binomo Website: Navigate to the Binomo website.
3. Log In:
   • Click «Login»
   • Enter your email and password.
4. Click the «Sign In» button.

Once logged in, you will have $10,000 in your Demo Account. To start trading with real funds, switch to a real account and deposit your funds.

Sign In on the Binomo iOS App

1. Download the App:
   • Go to the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
   • Search for «Binomo» and click «Get» to install the app.
2. Log In:
   • Open the app and click «Sign In».
   • Enter your email and password.
   • Click the «Sign In» button.

1. Download the App:
   • Go to the Google Play Store.
   • Search for «Binomo» and install the app.
2. Log In:
   • Open the app and click «Log In».

Sign In Using Email

1. Go to Login Page: Click the «Sign In» button on the Binomo website or app.
2. Enter Credentials: Enter your registered email and password.
3. Sign In: Click the «Sign In» button.

Sign In Using Facebook

1. Click Facebook Button: On the login page, click the Facebook logo.
2. Enter Facebook Credentials: Enter the email and password for your Facebook account.
3. Grant Access: Binomo will request access to your name, profile picture, and email address. Click «Continue».
4. Redirect: You will be redirected to the Binomo platform.

Sign In Using Google

1. Click Google Button: On the login page, click the Google logo.
2. Enter Google Credentials: Enter your phone number or email and click «Next». Then, enter your Google password and click «Next».
3. Redirect: You will be taken to your personal Binomo account.

Recover Binomo Password

1. Web Version:
   • Click «Forgot my password» on the login page.
   • Enter your registered email and click «Send».
   • Enter your email and click the reset link.
   • Enter a new password and confirm it.
   • Click «Change Password».
2. Mobile App:
   • Click «Log In».
   • Click «Reset Password».
   • Enter your registered email and click «Reset Password».
   • Enter your email and click the reset link.
   • Create a new password.

FAQ: Common Issues

Facebook Login Issues

If you registered via Facebook and can’t log in, restore your password using the email registered on Facebook:

1. Click «Forgot my password» on the login page.
2. Enter the email used for Facebook registration and click «Send».
3. Enter your email and click the reset link.
4. Create a new password and log in.

Switching Between Accounts

1. Click on the account type in the top right corner of the platform.
2. Select the account type you want to switch to.

Inactivity Fee

If there is no trading activity for 90 days, a $30/€30 subscription fee will be charged monthly. If inactive during 6 months, funds will be frozen. Contact support@binomo.com to resume trading.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Guide — Binomo

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Binomo account. With 2FA enabled, you will need to enter a one-time code each time you log in, in addition to your password. This ensures that even if someone obtains your login credentials, they cannot access your account without the additional code.

Why Use 2FA? 2FA is highly convenient and reliable. Even if you lose your phone or someone steals your login credentials, you can still access your Binomo account. We strongly recommend using 2FA for enhanced security.

How to Set Up 2FA

1. Confirm Your Email Address: Ensure you have a confirmed email address. This is your first layer of security and allows you to contact support in case of emergencies.
2. Access 2FA Settings
   • Web Version: Click on the «Set up 2FA» button in your profile settings.
   • Mobile App: Click on «Manage 2FA» in the app settings.

1. Install an Authenticator App: We recommend to use Google Authenticator or Authy.

1. Link Your Binomo Account
   • Scan the QR code provided by Binomo using your authenticator app, or
   • Enter the special code generated by the platform into the authenticator app.

1. Verify the App: After scanning the QR code or entering the code, you will receive a 6-digit one-time authentication code. Enter this code into the form on the platform.
2. Save Recovery Codes: Copy-paste the recovery codes or download them as a file. These codes are a backup to access your account if you can’t use the authenticator app or your phone.
   ! Keep your recovery codes in a secure place. They are your only way to access your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.
3. Complete 2FA Setup: Enter one of the saved recovery codes to complete the setup.

How to Log In with 2FA

1. Enter Authentication Code: When logging in, you will be prompted to enter the authentication code from your authenticator app. This code is temporary and valid for a short time. If the code is invalid, check your app for the updated code.
2. Use Recovery Codes: If you cannot use the authenticator app, use one of your recovery codes. Remember that recovery codes are one-time use only and should be regularly updated.

How to Disable 2FA

! We do not recommend disabling 2FA as it significantly reduces the security of your account.

1. Access 2FA Settings:
   • Go to your profile and click on «Manage 2FA».
   • Click on «Turn off» and enter your authentication code to confirm.
2. Re-enable 2FA:
   • Delete the old code from your authenticator app:
   • Google Authenticator: Tap and hold the code, then delete it.
   • Authy: Tap on the account icon, swipe left, and tap «Delete».
   • Re-link your Binomo account by scanning the new QR code with your authenticator app.
3. Check 2FA Status: Your current 2FA status has an indication of colour switch (green for On, red for Off) in your profile.

Common Issues and Solutions

• Invalid QR Code: Check the time and date settings on your device and authenticator app. Synchronize if necessary. For Google Authenticator on Android, go to the main menu, tap «More» > «Settings» > «Time correction for codes» > «Sync now».
• Invalid Authentication Code: Regularly update the code in your authenticator app. Ensure you are entering the correct code for your Binomo account. If issues persist, use a recovery code.
• Invalid Recovery Code: Ensure the code is entered exactly as provided, with no extra symbols or incorrect characters. If already used, try another recovery code.
• Lost Recovery Codes: Update your recovery codes immediately in your profile and store them securely.
